'Fancy Fox' Collection - Luxury Faux Fur Throw - Terracotta

Total, indulgent, unapologetic, super-luxury glamour!

In my humble opinion there is only one company on the planet that makes luxury faux fur so well that it feels like the real thing.

This season they really have peaked, for as well as traditional pelts, they have embarked upon the most outré, gorgeous, sumptuous throws imaginable, using colour to reinvent the genre.

The 'Fancy Fox Collection' is utterly sublime (and it's a great name too!)

What Becomes A Legend Most?

Well I shall tell you, the answer lies here! These throws, although replicating the feel and movement of real fur, are coloured in the most glorious, show-stopping hues.

The 'Orange Fox' has dialled-up the creature's coat to a rich, deep, burnt orange with each hair dyed perfectly so that it is bright at the tip and darkens along the hair shaft until it is almost black at the root - as it is in nature. Thus, as the throw moves, the different colours ripple across the surface. It is magical and magnificent and you should see it in candlelight - I swear that I heard it purr!

The 'Sea Green' Throw is contemporary and exuberant - I can't think of anything in a room that could upstage it!

The 'Grey Fancy Fox' is more of a classic, with the dark pile frosted with just a touch of white at the tip of each hair, which again gives an incredible effect as it moves. If it is the look of 'Old Hollywood' that you crave, then look no further - I can imagine Carole Lombard sprawled across this!

Finally there is a rich, deep 'Terracotta' that reminds me so much of BIBA and that truly fun, fantasy-filled visions of Barbara Hulanicki. The BIBA store in Kensington epitomised glamour and these throws would have looked sensational draped across those printed, velvet sofas!

We have had them lined with velvet or chenille and while they are an investment, this collection possesses both the quality and good looks that will last forever!

They are also incredibly warm; so strewn across bed, chair of sofa they are a joy to dive beneath.  We only have a limited number of these as they are made for us, and so if we have sold out and you would like to order, please drop me a line and I will arrange.
