My eye was caught by a book entitled 'The Medicinal Chef: The Nutrition Bible' - your intrigued are you not? One of life's great joys is learning something new and this has me completely hooked - basically it's ailments and the medicinal food ingredients that will help with them, plus a third of the book is about the different stages of life and the foods that can maximise wellbeing and prevent illness. Very interesting section on vitamins and if they are actually beneficial too. I couldn't put it down and am trying a few of his suggestions for niggling ailments. Eat well and feel much better is a pretty positive message so I am delighted with this!
