The natural benefits of mineral baths were no secret to our forebears, for whom 'taking the waters' was a popular pass time. The 'Old Soak' range of old-fashioned bath salts uses only mineral rich English sea salt.

English sea salt is particularly good at drawing toxins from the tissue, it can also be used as a pre-bath gentle exfoliator; simply rub a little of the blend with a wet palm to remove dry skin and aid circulation. It also makes hard water incredibly soft and baths much easier to clean!
