Danish design is superlative - they have an incredible talent for deconstruction and then making a product simple yet spectacular at the same time.

I have been totally seduced by 'bud' or 'single stem' vases of late. I had remained rather unmoved by the concept, but are now available in such beautiful forms that they are decorative with or without flowers, and one can add really simple things from the garden without having to spend a penny (so to speak!).
