Delivery
Regardless of the size of your order (up to 30 kilos) our shipping charges are:
£6.50 for mainland UK deliveries 1-2 Working Days
£10 for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man & Isle of Scilly, Highlands
We offer free standard mainland UK delivery on orders over £150.
Same day delivery is also available for customers within London, simply call the store on 0208 693 5150 to arrange.
Same day delivery by courier is charged from £20.
You can also arrange collection from the shop - select the 'collect from store' delivery option at checkout and call us on 0208 693 5150 to finalise details.
UK deliveries are made using DPD Local.
Deliveries To The European Union & The Rest Of The World
We offer UK VAT tax-free shopping for orders delivered outside of the UK. If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK (which now includes all of the EU, Guernsey, Jersey and the rest of the world) UK VAT will be deducted from your order. You will see tax amount deducted from the order during checkout.
National Tax/Custom Duties and Clearance Fees may apply on receipt and these vary from country to country. Some apply duty to goods over a certain value so please check your country’s rules on imports/international online deliveries before placing your order as you will be responsible for paying these fees.
If you refuse to pay your national import duties and your order is returned to us you will be responsible for shipping and administration costs.
If you have specific delivery requirements, please complete your purchase then contact our store during opening times and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
Orders containing perfumes will be subject to additional shipping charges outside of Europe. This is due to legislation from the Civil Aviation Authority regarding the packaging of Hazardous Materials for air freight.

Returns
For the majority mail orders, we offer a ‘no quibbles’ return policy of 1 month, providing the original product packaging remains intact and the product is undamaged. Your returned goods need to be sent to:
125 Lordship Lane, East Dulwich, London, SE22 8HU and we will then issue a full refund.
(excluding postage). For returns from outside the UK please mark the parcel ‘Returned Goods’ clearly on the exterior of the parcel otherwise VAT and Import Duty will be re-applied and these will be subtracted from your refund.
Please allow 5-10 days after we have received your products for the refund to enter your account.
We will keep you updated of this process as it is happening.
Please also include your invoice and receipt as proof of purchase.
Exceptions: pierced earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations, likewise swimwear, socks and underwear.
Legally, and under advice from Trading Standards, we are unable to accept returned perfumes as fragrances are classified as a ‘comestibles’ and sales of comestibles are final. If you are unsure before you buy, we suggest you make use of our sample service. All our scents are available as 2 ml decants, select this option via the drop down menu.
Under no circumstances can we offer a refund, a credit note or exchange goods that have been tampered with or used (unless they are faulty).
