One of the great joys of this business is the talented and kind people that I get to work with. Here in the UK there are so may great artisans and one of my favourites has just produced the most wonderful range with a collective in India. The Honey Bee Collection includes cushions, oven gloves, tea-towels and napkins all ethically produced from a blend of recycled cotton and virgin cotton to give a durable and uniform weave whilst reducing the carbon footprint of production. Using recycled fibres also helps by diverting waste from landfill. This project's employees are paid fair wages and work in ideal working conditions with no child employment and it supports the lives of orphans in the local community. I loved the products and the ethics so much that we have also invested in a collection of striped Tablecloths and Tea Towels. I have chosen the colours of Terracotta and Prussian Blue which are absolutely beautiful! A most worthy enterprise and we are very proud to be involved.
