An olfactory portrait of a splendid and ancient Middle Eastern palace bathed in moonlight, Midnight In The Palace Garden was created for a modern day Sheikh with premium ingredients. Opening with resinous Atlas cedar from the mountains of Morocco, sweet, fruity frangipani mingles with creamy jasmine and citrusy neroli for an intriguingly sweet yet rich accord. Blood orange in the heart notes adds further vibrant citrus to the scent, met once again with sombre cedar married to the timeless, milky note of sandalwood. A base of vanilla and coffee lends a delectably gourmand character to the dry down, while artemisia makes for a stridently refreshing hit of slightly bitter herbal green. A truly remarkable concotion of disparate notes, Midnight In The Palace Garden is one of our favourite 4160 Tuesdays fragrances here at Roullier White.
