A slice of history; this nostalgic little guy, the Q-Tee, has been made by J K Adams of Dorset Vermont since the 1950’s. Believing that nothing should go to waste Mr. Adams turned small off cuts into these mini chopping boards which caught on immediately in the cocktail crazy 1950's. They are as useful today as they were back then, much more chic than a large, ungainly chopping board when serving drinks. We also have customers who take them camping. We have found them an elegant way to serve mini cheese boards at the end of a meal. Whatever you do with yours any item that has this kind of staying power has proven its excellence. It is made from hard rock sugar maple and will last for ever.

Mrs White recommends you wipe all your chopping boards over with a food safe oil after washing to replenish the wood and stop it splitting.
