Mrs White's Frozen Fruit Cups
This recipe is almost instant, apart from the freezing time, tastes delicious and looks so pretty in these Maxwell and Williams bone china tea cups with a teaspoon to eat it with.
Take equal quantities of fruit or berries that are in season, you want fruit that can been enjoyed raw, and Greek yoghurt. Blitz together in a blender. Add icing sugar to taster and blitz again. Spoon into your Maxwell and Williams bone china tea cups and freeze for a couple of hours.
Peaches are delicious as are strawberries, but our all time favourite is mango.
